Product Description
SE series electroplate, metal evaporation screen printing ink
Substrate
The ink has excellent adhesion to electroplate, metal product, glass, PP, PE, PET, PC, PU and hard plastic, etc.
Character
1. Glossy (plain), high hardness, excellent leveling and colorful.
2. If double components ink mixed with 5-10% senior hardener, printing substrate can pass nail scraping and glue tape test.
Operation
1. Mesh: 150-350 mesh count
2. Squeegee: 65-90, solvent resistance squeegee.

3. 1Mix the ink with 10-20% solvent before continuum printing; It is better to clean the mesh with mesh clean retarder for indirect printing. (Maybe different according to ventilation, printing environment, and printing area)
Dry
1. Evaporation: Surface dry needs 15-30 minutes. Complete dry needs at least 3 hours (Drying time depends on weather and printing environment)
2. Baking: Complete dry needs about 10 minutes by hot air or baked.
Select PP accelerant, antifoaming, anti-oxygen chemical and anti-oil chemical according to requirement.
Adhesion test
1. The ink has excellent adhesion to metal product, glass and electroplate and it can pass nail scraping and glue tape test.
2. The adhesion test should be done after 48 hours.
Environment
1. No benzene, low smell.

Thinner
In order to get excellent printing result, please use M400 metal retarder.
